Energetické Třebíčsko podporuje KHNP jako partnera pro výstavbu nových bloků v Dukovanech

Třebíč, 19. května 2025

Energetické Třebíčsko, které dlouhodobě sdružuje zástupce měst, obcí, podnikatelů a dalších institucí v regionu dotčeném provozem Jaderné elektrárny Dukovany, vyjadřuje jednoznačnou podporu společnosti Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) jako dodavateli pro výstavbu nových jaderných bloků.

Za poslední roky jsme měli možnost společnost KHNP blíže poznat – nejen z hlediska jejich odborných kvalit, referencí a technologického zázemí, ale především díky jejich aktivnímu přístupu k našemu regionu. KHNP od počátku deklarovala snahu o spolupráci s českými firmami, investice do rozvoje místních kapacit a zodpovědný přístup k zapojení regionu do celého projektu.

Věříme, že právě partner jako KHNP, který chápe důležitost lokálního kontextu a má reálné zkušenosti s výstavbou a bezpečným provozem jaderných elektráren, může zajistit úspěšnou realizaci tohoto strategického projektu. Stavba nových bloků v Dukovanech je klíčová nejen pro energetickou bezpečnost České republiky, ale také pro stabilní rozvoj našeho kraje a budoucnost stovek firem a tisíců lidí, kteří jsou s tímto odvětvím spojeni.

Jsme přesvědčeni, že co nejdříve budou z české strany odstraněny překážky bránící podpisu EPC smlouvy a smlouva bude podepsána co v nejkratší době.

Jako zástupci regionu, který ponese tíhu stavby i její přínosy i jako zástupci regionálních firem, kteří jsou připraveni pomoci v realizaci výstavby, vyjadřujeme silnou podporu KHNP.

Energetické Třebíčsko supports KHNP as a partner for the construction of new units in Dukovany

Energetické Třebíčsko, which has long been an association of representatives of cities, municipalities, entrepreneurs and other institutions in the region affected by the operation of the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant, expresses its unequivocal support for Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) as a supplier for the construction of new nuclear units.

Over the past few years, we have had the opportunity to get to know KHNP better - not only in terms of their professional qualities, references and technological background, but above all thanks to their active approach to our region. From the beginning, KHNP declared its efforts to cooperate with Czech companies, invest in the development of local capacities and take a responsible approach to involving the region in the entire project.

We believe that a partner like KHNP, which understands the importance of the local context and has real experience in the construction and safe operation of nuclear power plants, can ensure the successful implementation of this strategic project. The construction of new units in Dukovany is crucial not only for the energy security of the Czech Republic, but also for the stable development of our region and the future of hundreds of companies and thousands of people connected to this industry.

We are convinced that the obstacles preventing the signing of the EPC contract will be removed from the Czech side as soon as possible and the contract will be signed as soon as possible.

As representatives of the region that will bear the burden of the construction and its benefits, and as representatives of regional companies that are ready to help in the implementation of the construction, we express our strong support for KHNP.
